That’s why I have set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through the door has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Need to Reschedule?
What You Need to Know
We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling and rescheduling appointments. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent out 24 hours in advance either by text, email or both. Please try to cancel or reschedule your appointment with atleast 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled at the last minute can not always be refilled. Because of this, cancellations within less than 24 hours for services longer than 1 hours may result in loss of the booking fee.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late for your appointment. Please do try and contact us as soon as possible if this is the case. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and no contact has been made, your appointment may be reopened and given away to another client. Please also understand that running late may mean that we are unable complete the full service you booked. Repeat or unexplained no-shows may result in a termination fee when requesting a future booking.
Deposits
A Booking Fee is required for those bookings, that are 1 hour or more long. You will find the amount that is required to deposit when you make an appointment in the service description. We require the booking fee due to the amount of time allocated to these sorts of treatments and any specialized products or equipment that needs to be ordered in.
